Rise UP For Rights® Logos are part of Rise UP For Rights property and we are obligated to take steps to protect those rights. Therefore, please understand that no right or permission is granted to you to use any of theRise UP For Rights logos.

You cannot use the Rise UP For Rights Logo’s :

1) You cannot alter, animate, or distort the Marks or combine them with any other symbols, words, images, or designs, or incorporate them into a tagline or Slogan.

2) You cannot use the Marks in a way that would damage Rise UP For Rights ® reputation or goodwill in the Marks

3) You cannot use the Rise UP For Rights Marks on promotional merchandise that you are selling or distributing (such as t-shirts, travel mugs, etc.)

4) You cannot use the Rise UP For Rights ® trademarks in the name of your business, product, service, app, domain name, social media account, or other offerings.

If Rise UP For Rights discovers that you have used its copyright materials in contravention of the license above, Rise UP For Rights may bring legal proceedings against you seeking monetary damages and an injunction to stop you from using those materials. You could also be ordered to pay legal costs.
